Before you heal someone, ask him if he's willing to give up the things that made him sick.

In 2019, I completed 50+hours of continuing medical education specifically on nutrition.  The scientific evidence was so overwhelmingly convincing, I felt compelled to become a public advocate for a whole foods plant based (WFPB) diet. My hope is that, through public outreach, I will have a positive impact on helping the Hamilton community shift away from our current obesity epidemic and healthcare crisis to a new medical paradigm stressing food as prevention.  The research is clear: simple lifestyle changes can have lasting and meaningful impact on individual Canadian's health and longevity.  Up to 70% of our society's chronic diseases can be prevented through changes in lifestyle alone. The primary contributor to overall health is proper diet.  I am here to educate, inspire and support your efforts to adopt a WFPB lifestyle.
